The project at Loft 56, was the next step for the ever expanding Milestone in Rathfriland, Co.Down. Valley Forge are lucky enough, to have been involved in the evolution and extraordinary transformation of this one of a kind, food shopping experience. From the original bespoke food-hall and meticulously detailed kitchen layouts, Loft 56 is an example of what can happen, when you push towards the outer limits of fabrication boundaries.
