Canopies

Profile:

Sloped sides to give operators more head-space while using cooking equipment. Used in most premises as a wall canopy.

Box:

Square shape, used when a canopy might be only a single piece of equipment, e.g single station fryer canopy. Island: Usually split into a number of sections, for use in large hotel/restaurant kitchens. Filter bank is placed on both sides to enable operators to work on both sides.

Dishwash:

Designed with a square profile, helps to evaporate steam from dishwashers.

Griddle:

Can be attached to a centre island or fixed to a wall. Griddle canopies usually come with a full stainless back, meaning wall sheeting is not needed.

Fans, Ducting and Installation:

Aswell as manufacturing canopies, Valley Forge also provide an installationhm service for any ventilation requirements. We manufacture and supply all of the componets necessary from canopy to fans, to ducting and speed controller.

Product Features:

- Grease Cups Most VF Canopies are fitted with a sloped tray which holds a grease collecting cup. This is easily removable for emptying and cleaning.

- Baffle Filters Used in all VF canopies, unless requested otherwise, baffle filters are easily removable and easy to clean.

- Mesh Filters Mesh filters can sometimes be used in canopy extensions, where an existing canopy is already in place and added to, to increase workspace.
