Refrigerated Wells

VF Dynamic Refrigerated Wells are a 1/1 deep GN unit, that can be manufactured as an integrated refrigerated unit, or be left ready to connect to a remote set-up. This model is available in size from a 3 well unit up to a 7 well. Units can be manufactured using curved or square glass gantries, with a tiered kitchen gantry that is used for non-front of house units and also can come without a gantry if one is not needed. Customers also have the option of having refrigerated storage under.

Gantries

VF Refrigerated Wells are available with the option of either a curved glass or a square glass gantry. All gantries have a stainless shade and front, top and side glass panels.Ambient Kitchen Gantries are available in a 2 or 3 tier form and are used mainly for a front of house carvery, or kitchen use.

Available Sizes

Units with any gantry or without a gantry are available in 2,3,4,5,6 and 7 well sizes. ( please note that curved glass gantries are not available on 2 well units)

Mobility

Customers also have the option of making their bains marie a mobile unit. This can be very useful, especially when the unit is being moved from kitchen to restaurant on a daily basis.

Base Design

Self Service

A Self-Service Option is also available in our Refrigerated Wells. This is available without a gantry and also with both curved and square glass gantries.
