Chicken Cabinet

Incorporating two tiers of heated holding space, the VF Chicken Cabinet provides an enclosed humidified unit for storing prepared chicken pieces. Available with Glass doors both sides or just to the rear of the unit, the VF Chicken Cabinet enables users to access food from both sides, or alternatively it can be placed at the front of house, for optimum presentation.      

2 Tier Holding Space

Middle shelf appears to be floating in unit, which adds extra appeal to your merchandise. Unit is therefore capable of keeping lots of merchandise heated.

Easy to use Controls

Simple and easy to use controls at the back of the unit, at eye height when unit is on VF Centre Island, enable staff to keep a constant check on temp.

Humidified Holding Space

Humidified heating space. All you do is add water to the tray, and the food inside stays crisp and fresh for longer.  

Access for both Preparation and Service Staff

The VF Chicken Cabinet can have doors at the front and the back of the unit, which gives staff on both sides of the centre island access to food.

Front of House Feature

This model comes with a door at the back and a front glass panel, allowing only staff to access food, not customers. For use on a front of house counter.

Black Painted Top

Units come standard with a black powder painted top, but can also be made using a stainless steel top if it is needed to match in with existing units.
