Profile

Sloped sides to give operators more head-space while using cooking equipment. Used in most premises as a wall canopy.

Box

Square shape, used when a canopy might be only a single piece of equipment, e.g single station fryer canopy.

Island

Usually split into a number of sections, for use in large hotel/restaurant kitchens. Filter bank is placed on both sides to enable operators to work on both sides.

Dishwash

Designed with a square profile, helps to evaporate steam from dishwashers.

Griddle

Can be attached to a centre island or fixed to a wall. Griddle canopies usually come with a full stainless back, meaning wall sheeting is not needed.
